Processing times is 5-7 days snow globes and 2-3 weeks for epoxy cups. All sals are final. Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufactures defect, then a replacement cup will be offered at no additional cost. Pictures will be requires be sent by email. If your package is demaged during shipment you will need to file a claim with USPS. Sorry I'm not responsible for any damages once your package is turned over to the postal service.
